Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: account email, sign-in credentials, and the session, hand, bankroll, and player data you log in the app. We also collect technical data automatically: device type, OS version, app version, anonymous crash reports, and non-identifying usage analytics.

We use your data to operate the Service, sync your account across devices, deliver push notifications you have enabled, generate reports you request, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. We do not use your hand notes, voice memos, or opponent tags for advertising or model training.

User data is stored on managed infrastructure (Supabase / AWS) in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and audited.

We share data only with service providers required to operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing). We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

You can export all of your data to JSON at any time from Settings → Import / Export. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@pokeractionbook.com — we will process the request within 30 days.

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
