Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.

Premium and Pro tiers are billed annually through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel from iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the Service; access it using automated means except for legitimate API consumption; resell access; or upload unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all session, hand, and player data you create. You grant us a limited license solely to store, sync, and display that data back to you. We will not access or use your content for any purpose beyond operating the Service.

PokerActionBook provides tools to organize your own data. The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Tax outputs are starting documents — confirm with a qualified professional before filing.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
